At TradieCam, we stand behind the quality of every Tradie Cam product we sell.

30-Day Returns

You may return or exchange your Tradie Cam product within 30 days, provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials intact. TradieCam will not accept returns if the item shows signs of use, wear, or has been altered in any way from its original condition.

All Tradie Cam products include a one-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.

1-Year Warranty

All Tradie Cam products come with a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects.
-No restocking fees
-Not covered: general wear and tear, misuse, or modifications

Bought Through a Distributor?

We’ll still take care of you.
We’ll work with both you and the distributor to arrange either a replacement or a refund of the product value (excluding shipping).
